Connect with County residents. Exhibit at GreenFest 2018!


Businesses, nonprofit organizations, artisans, farmers, plant vendors, and food trucks are all are invited to participate in GreenFest 2018.  Get your organization or products seen by hundreds of County residents and other businesses AND be recognized as an environmental leader.

Past GreenFest have seen between 750-1250 attendees. Many exhibitors come back each year because of the success of this event.  It is one of County’s signature events.


Cost to exhibit at GreenFest:

  • $50 for nonprofit organizations
  • $150 for for-profit organizations
  • $150 for food trucks (includes parking spaces at event)

Each exhibitor receives a 10’x10′ space. For an additional $100, GreenFest will provide a pre-setup 10’x10′ tent at your space.



Exhibitor Details

As part of being an exhibitor, you must agree to comply with the Rules and Regulations of the Montgomery County GreenFest, Montgomery College and Montgomery Parks.

You will be notified by a member of the GreenFest planning committee if you have been accepted as an exhibitor. Only then will you pay the fee to exhibit. All payments must be received by April 20, 2018 or you risk losing your space.

Please note: Exhibitors will be required to bring their own tent unless they registered and paid for a GreenFest supplied cover tent space. For those bringing their own tent, no tents will be allowed larger than 10’x10′ and we recommend a tent even during nice weather.
