Exhibit at GreenFest 2019!

Connect with thousands of County residents

Businesses, nonprofit organizations, artisans, and craft vendors are all invited to participate in GreenFest 2019.  Get your organization or products seen by thousands of County residents and other businesses AND be recognized as an environmental leader.

GreenFest exhibitorsGreenFest has merged with the Brookside Gardens Earth Day festival and expects at least 4,000 attendees.  Brookside Gardens is a 50 acre public park in Silver Spring, MD and attendees will be able to take the Metro as well as take one of the shuttle buses from the Glenmont Metro parking. 

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to get your organization’s initiatives, products or services seen by thousands of County residents at one of Maryland’s largest environmental festivals. You’ll be recognized among other environmental leaders exhibiting at this popular event.

 

Cost to exhibit at GreenFest:

  • $25 for nonprofit organizations
  • $50 for artisans and craft vendors, as well as, County Certified Green Businesses
  • $100 for for-profit businesses

Each exhibitor receives a table and two chairs with their registration fees. It is the exhibitors responsibility to bring a tent that no bigger than 10’x10′. During payment, the exhibitor can reserve additional tables at $10 per table.

Exhibitor Details

As part of being an exhibitor, you must agree to comply with the Rules and Regulations of the Montgomery County GreenFest, and Montgomery Parks.

You will be notified by a member of the GreenFest planning committee if you have been accepted as an exhibitor. Only then will you pay the fee to exhibit. All payments must be received by March 31, 2019 or you risk losing your space.
